Blockchain specialist SETL, which was set up last year by one of the founders of European exchange Chi-X, has appointed a former UK government security expert to its board — the latest in a line of high-profile recruits.
Martin Clements, who recently retired from his role as director general responsible for technology and transformation at the Foreign Office, has joined the board at the London-based startup, according to a November 10 statement from the firm.
