SG appoints co-heads of fixed income and derivatives

SG, the French investment bank, has promoted two of its senior debt bankers to become the new joint heads of its fixed income and derivatives business in Europe and Asia. They replace Grégoire Varenne, who was promoted to the debt finance division's executive committee in July.

Stéphane Landon, who has been co-head of foreign exchange and treasury for nearly four years, and Fréderic Desclaux, who has been head of institutional investor fixed income and derivatives sales for almost the same amount of time, will share responsibility for running fixed income and derivatives in Europe and Asia.
