SG deploys bankers for Asian financing push

French investment bank Société Générale is to hire a team of four bankers in Hong Kong before September. The recruits will run a new leveraged and acquisition finance outpost targeting the Asia-Pacific region.

The office, to be headed by managing director Pierre Louis Auzel, will sell debt arranging, underwriting and bookrunning services to private equity companies and corporates.
