SG Securities has hired a new head of portfolio trading sales for Northern Europe, as part of a drive to strengthen its program trading team.

Jutta Nieminen has joined the French bank in London from Instinet Europe, the electronic brokerage, to head up the Northern European sales team. She will report to Christophe Doll, head of European program trading sales.
