Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s former London-based head of loan capital markets has joined Wells Fargo to oversee the US bank’s loan syndication business in North America.

Shaun Dreyer has joined Wells Fargo Securities, the investment banking and capital markets arm of Wells Fargo, as a managing director and head of investment-grade loan syndications, according to a statement from the bank on May 9.
