Investor campaigners have called on the UK financial regulator to urgently publish findings from its probe into Neil Woodford’s now-defunct flagship fund, following an announcement by the former star stock picker that he is planning a comeback.
Woodford has been keeping a low profile since his eponymous investment business collapsed in spectacular fashion in October 2019. However, 16 months later the 60-year-old has re-emerged with plans to launch a Jersey-based venture called Woodford Capital Management Partners that will target institutional clients.
