Clifford Chance has lost its global co-head of antitrust to Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, the US law firm.

Kevin Arquit will join Simpson Thacher's New York office along with former Clifford Chance colleague Aimee Goldstein, who will also be a partner. She became a partner at Clifford Chance in 2000.
