Singapore establishes UK property vulture fund

Singapore's Government Investment Corporation, which manages more than $100bn (€64.7bn) of the country's foreign exchange reserves, has established a joint venture to take advantage of the slump in UK property prices.

The fund's real estate division and London-based property adviser Orchard Street Investment Management have created a £300m (€391m) fund to invest in UK commercial property.
