The Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute has published a breakdown of how it believes SWF assets are divided up.

Despite many of these SWFs, especially those based in the Middle East, making their presence felt in the global real-estate sector, the overall holding in this asset class of 14%, amounting to $490bn, is dwarfed by a 47% allocation to listed equities.
