Lord Hill’s review of the UK’s listing regime has recommended a series of reforms aimed at making the UK a more attractive destination for initial public offerings (IPOs) post-Brexit.

The review was kicked off by chancellor Rishi Sunak in November last year with the goal of luring more international businesses to list in London.
