Novaster, a Spanish investment consultant, has appointed Frank Russell Company, the multi-manager specialist and consultant, to provide manager research to its clients.

Novaster will now be able to offer the list of Frank Russell's managers to its pension fund clients. Lack of internal resources and expertise to pick and continuously monitor a large universe of managers led Novaster to appoint Frank Russell.
