John St John has made his second hire since he joined Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) as head of equity capital markets in June with the appointment of Andreas Bernstorff as a director.

Bernstorff returns to DrKW where he worked as a member of the ECM syndicate between 1994 and 1997. He will be based in Frankfurt and will report to Achim Schäcker, head of German ECM.
