The bank filed suspicious activity reports on transactions that may have been linked to terror finance

Standard Chartered may have helped move money around the world that had links to terrorist financing.

The UK-headquartered bank filed suspicious activity reports [SARs] about more than 900 transactions it processed on behalf of customers of Arab Bank, which it said may have included “illicit activities” disguised as charitable donations, according to reports by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists and the BBC.
