Standard Chartered, the London-based commercial bank, has swiped the head of WestLB's loan distribution and trading business, along with a further two members of his team.

Anton Martin, who was head of primary loan distribution and secondary market trading at WestLB in London, will ship out to Hong Kong for Standard Chartered to fulfil the same role for the bank in the emerging markets.
