State Street beefs up fixed income

State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) has appointed two new portfolio managers to its global fixed income team in London.

Joseph Moody joins the firm as a senior investment manager responsible for a mix of country and asset class coverage within global bond markets. He was previously at Foreign & Colonial where he was an assistant director responsible for overseeing the fixed income side of F&C's largest balanced institutional portfolios, as well as a range of European mutual funds.
