State Street Global Markets, the investment research and trading arm of State Street, has hired Robert Sisti to the new post as global head of operations.

Sisti joins after one year with S3 Asset Management, an advisory firm designed to help small and mid-sized hedge funds cut costs and enhance efficiency.
