The City will lose some of its most skilled workers unless it strengthens support for women going through the menopause, according to a group of senior finance executives.

“Sadly, [it] doesn’t seem to be widely acknowledged across the City yet,” said Baroness Helena Morrissey, AJ Bell director and chair of the Diversity Project. She added that the cross-company initiative is launching a new workstream within its gender equality efforts focused on the menopause.
