STJ Advisors, an equity advisory boutique set up by veteran banker John St John, has launched its Hong Kong arm as it looks to capitalise on the booming equity capital markets in the region.

The office is staffed by former Nomura banker Anthony Hopson and former Credit Suisse analyst Nicole Lee. Hopson, who has 13 years of experience most recently as a director in equity capital markets at Nomura, has joined the boutique as a special adviser, according to its website.
