Telecinco, a broadcaster and Spain's largest initial public offering for two years, has priced at the top of its initial public offering range to raise €753m ($913m).

Only four €100m-plus flotation in Europe this year have priced at the highest end of their bookbuilding range while the majority listed in the past month have been floated at the bottom end or below indicative ranges.
