John Studzinski, the ex-investment banker who moved to private equity firm The Blackstone Group last year, has hired a former colleague from Morgan Stanley as he builds the firm's corporate advisory business.

Christopher Pasko joins Blackstone's corporate advisory team in New York, and will begin work in June.
