NatWest is facing a claim from a former director over unfair dismissal and discrimination relating to a disability that arose from cancer.

In a five-day hearing that ended 15 November, a panel at the Employment Tribunal was told how Brentwood-based Adeline Willis was dealing with her cancer and recovery, but became so anxious over her employment status at the bank that she pleaded with CEO Alison Rose to intervene.
