Sullivan & Cromwell, the US law firm, has hired a new partner for its Frankfurt office, its second German hire this month.

Konstantin Technau could join the firm as early as the start of next year, and he will specialise primarily in mergers and acquisitions, and also in capital markets. He was a partner at Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz, the German law firm.
