SunGard Securities Finance, a division of technology firm SunGard, has bought Real Time Financial Management, a UK-based developer of trading systems for bond and equity financing.

The acquisition is part of SunGard's growing presence in the securities financing and repo market. Past acquisitions, which have included Loanet, have given SunGard around half the securities financing systems market.
