Swedish listed private equity group Ratos is set to forge its largest exit this year by floating a stake in domestic publishing house Bisnode for Skr2.5bn (€272m) at the end of this month.

Ratos, alongside minority stakeholder Bonnier, is expected to sell up to 54% of the business news publishing house on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
