Intrum Justitia and Nobia, two Swedish companies which floated this year, will enter the Attract40, a segment for the most traded small and medium sized companies on the O-list of Stockholmsbörsen.
Intrum Justitia, a debt collection and credit management company, raised Skr1.7bn (€185m) in an initial public offering in June. Carnegie Fondkommission and Enskilda Securities led the offer, which was more than 12 times oversubscribed. Shares were issued at Skr47 each and rose 6.38% on their first day. Intrum Justitia's shares remained above their issue price for three months but are now trading at Skr40.
