Swedish state funds sell out of Walmart, Freeport and Potash

Sale decisions follow lengthy discussions aimed at getting companies to change their practices, the state funds say

Four Swedish state pension funds, worth more than €112 billion, have said they will sell all their holdings in four companies following years' worth of discussions over ethical issues.

The companies are: US retailer Walmart, gold miner Freeport McMoRan, and two potash producers, Incitec Pivot and Potash Corporation.
