Swedish venture capital firm suffers €23m loss

Novestra, the Swedish venture capital company, has blamed poor equity market conditions for its Skr215m (€23m) loss in the last financial year.

Novestra's losses in the 12 months to June 30 followed a profit of Skr88m the previous year. The company valued its shares at Skr19.2 each against Skr28.5 a year ago and a market price of Skr10.9. It values its investments at Skr408m.
