MilleniumAssociates, a Swiss corporate finance boutique focusing on asset management and private banking mergers, has hired a former chief executive of the British Bankers' Association.

Ian Mullen has joined MilleniumAssociates as a member of its global advisory board. The firm said it expects to benefit from his connections.
