SWX Swiss Exchange, the Swiss stock exchange, is investigating Swiss International Airlines, the country's national airline, for the third time in three years over a possible violation of listing rules.

The stock exchange said the airline may have violated the "equal treatment" principle, by informing business partners about key decisions before making the information public in February 2003.
