Syndicate doubles assets with AIM acquisition

Syndicate Asset Management, set up in March to put together investment management boutiques, has acquired Investment Management Holdings, an asset management and private client advisory company quoted on London's Alternative Investment Market.

The deal increases Syndicate's funds under management from about £750m (€1.1bn) to about £1.3bn.
