Syntegra, the system-integration and consulting subsidiary of BT, is collaborating with Computershare, the share registry, to deliver a dividend-consolidation service to UK retail brokers, wealth-management firms, custodians and nominee service providers.

The service, to be piloted with financial institutions, is designed to enable nominees and brokers to provide a blanket instruction to registrars that will affect every Crest-designated holding they operate.
