T-Venture, the venture capital arm of Deutsche Telekom, has appointed Klaus Radermacher as its new chief technology officer, and is restructuring the division to get more value from portfolio companies more quickly.

Radermacher was previously chief executive of multimedia solutions at Deutsche Telekom's T-Systems, the firm's technology consulting arm. He will be responsible for restructuring the venture capital portfolio.
