Tangle Teezer, a hairbrush manufacturer whose founder was unsuccessful in an attempt to pitch the business on BBC's Dragon's Den, is being targeted by private equity houses on both sides of the Atlantic.
UK mid-market private equity houses Inflexion and Bridgepoint and US firms TPG and Searchlight are among the interested parties, according to people familiar with the matter.
