TD Capital Private Equity Investors, the private equity fund of funds and co-investment arm of Canada's TD Bank Financial Group, has strengthened its reach in Europe with the opening of a London office.

Michael Flood will be moved from the firm's offices in Toronto to take charge of the operations. He is currently a vice president and director, and has been with the firm for the past five years.
