Tears from Schroders analyst during sex discrimination hearing

A former Schroder Securities analyst who is accusing the firm of sex discrimination, was today described as 'incapable of compromising or accepting that other points of view could be valid'.

An industrial tribunal in east London on Wednesday heard some appraisal memos made of Julie Bower, in which she was also described as 'uniquely insensitive and unnecessarily combative' and 'lacking in interpersonal skills'.
