A technology-focused corporate finance boutique, set up by the former head of software banking at Goldman Sachs, has hired three senior dealmakers as it looks to grow its London operation.

Arma Partners has taken on Paul Harvey, the former head of technology investment banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as part of a broader plan to expand in the UK capital.
