New private equity player Tenzing has made four hires to its team, as the firm looks to push in to UK lower mid-market dealmaking.

Tenzing is a newcomer to the UK private equity scene, having been set up in 2015 by investors Guy Gillon and Rob Jones in 2015. In March, Tenzing hired long-standing Inflexion executive Christian Hamilton as a partner to assist the firm in lower mid-market dealmaking.
