Terra Firma is searching for a new chief executive after Tim Pryce announced he is stepping back from the role after seven years.

Pryce, who will remain on the private equity firm's senior management board, made the announcement internally and to investors on March 3 that he will be "relinquishing his responsibilities" at the end of the month.
