Terra Firma Capital Partners, the buy-out firm launched by Guy Hands when he left Nomura Principal Finance last year, has lost its third managing director this year following the departure of Matthias Moser from its Frankfurt office.

Moser, who joined Nomura Principal Finance two years ago from Deutsche Bank where he was an investment banker, is set to join Eurohypo, a German property investor and mortgage lender.
