Terry Smith is at odds with Wall Street activist titan Bill Ackman over the future of one of the key companies in his portfolio, as the veteran City investor launches a new sustainable fund.
Smith told Financial News ahead of the launch that his firm Fundsmith has sided with the management of Automatic Data Processing in its battle with Ackman's Pershing Square. Fundsmith has a 1.16% holding in ADP.
