Testing week ahead of Iberdrola Renovables

A Russian property company has delayed its initial public offering as 35 European companies decide whether to press ahead with flotations before the end of the year to raise proceeds of at least $8.9bn (€6bn).

Russian real estate developer Teorema today announced that it would postpone the inital public offering of its shares on the London Stock Exchange because it was "not satisfied with the valuation that could be achieved in the current market conditions".
