Rosinter, the Russian restaurant operator with the franchise for TGI Friday's and Planet Sushi in the country, has hired Renaissance Capital to lead a stock market listing, continuing a strong run of equity mandates for the Russian investment bank.
The winning of the Rosinter float mandate is the second important deal for Renaissance Capital in days. Last week it completed the listing of Russia's second largest bank, VTB, in an $8.2bn (€6.1bn) deal, which is the largest flotation completed globally this year and the largest in the European banking sector.
