Millions may use Google every day to search the internet but the US search engine wasn't being quite so helpful to those looking for the filing it made last week with the SEC in the US.

When you type in Google in the SEC website you are told that the documents are only available as part of a paper submission. There are obviously times when the old-fashioned ways work best.
