Credit Suisse First Boston has reshuffled the management of its top-ranked leveraged finance team for the third time in just over a year.

Tripp Smith, global co-head of the team, has joined the alternative capital division headed by his former Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette colleague, Bennett Goodman.
