Thomson joins Ivy to boost London office

Ivy Asset Management, one of the world's largest fund of hedge funds managers with $15bn (€11bn) under management, has hired Patrick Thomson from JP Morgan Asset Management to lead its European client business.

Thomson will become managing director, reporting to Sean Simon, head of Ivy Asset Management's global client development operation.
