Thomson Financial, the global information and technology provider, has updated its Portia portfolio management system in partnership with Vestmark, a financial services software provider.

Portia is one of Thomson's oldest and most used technology offerings, and required updating in order to make it more scalable and able to handle higher trading volumes.
