Threadneedle Investments, the fund management firm, has reshuffled its European equity team following the resignation of Susie Roberts, Threadneedle's European equity fund manager.

Dominic Baker assumes responsibility of the pan-European Growth fund. Roberts previously ran the £59m (€84m) fund and is leaving Threadneedle to pursue a career in the sailing industry.
