Three Arrows liquidators seek court permission to subpoena crypto hedge fund’s missing founders over Twitter

Liquidators are seeking access to documents related to Three Arrows accounts, cryptocurrency wallets and other assets

The founders of Three Arrows Capital might find a surprise the next time they open Twitter: subpoenas from court-appointed liquidators unwinding the failed cryptocurrency hedge fund.

The liquidators said in papers filed on 14 October in the US Bankruptcy Court in New York that they want to serve Three Arrows founders Su Zhu and Kyle Davies with subpoenas via their Twitter and email accounts because they still can’t find the duo after months trying to determine their locations.
