Broadly good news, according to KBW's analysts, who point out that Hillary Clinton may have nominated ally Senator Elizabeth Warren to succeed Mary Jo White as head of regulator the Securities and Exchange Commission. Warren has been a very vocal critic of investment banking models, arguing many institutions are too big to fail. She's also spoken out against excessive bonus payouts in the sector. KBW says the Trump win removes this "worst-case scenario".
