Tilney Fund Management, the hedge fund arm of Tilney Investment Management now part of the Refco group, has hired two additional analysts.

Elli Neu, who joins from SMi, will cover pharmaceuticals. SMi is an independent research-based conference company, where Neu was head of the pharmaceuticals team. From 1986 to 1998, she pursued an academic career in immunology, completing her doctorate at the University of Konstanz, Germany.
